好吃停不小来—经典炒杂鱼

做法分享给大家:

材料:小梅鱼3根,豆腐鱼3根,小鲳鳊鱼1根 葱姜、青红椒适量

做法:

1、将所有食材洗干净,你懂的,如图1哈;

2、(图2和图3顺序贴倒了,不好意思

),将鱼撒上一点柠檬汁,撒上葱姜丝去腥研制,15分钟够了;

3、将鱼切小块,锅烧热,倒油(我用了猪油,特别香

,怕猪油的用色拉油吧);

4、下入鱼块煎至表面略黄(不要去反复翻动哦,一次煎定型);

5、倒入适量料酒和酱油,(我这里放了约10克料酒、50克生抽、10克老抽,因为

生抽是咸的,所以不用放盐了,总之,咸度自己尝这放即可)

6、加入1小碗热开水(约200克);

7、一直大火烧着,约3-5分钟汤汁就很少了,撒上绿葱丝和红绿椒丝,出锅装盘即可;

开吃啦!
