10 of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;
11 of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
As Jesus declared that it is The Holy Spirit who comes to leads a person to come to Jesus and accept Jesus as their Lord. As you see Holy Spirit play a crucial role so person is saved.

Holy Spirit is not just a ‘Force’ (like mentioned in Stars’ War Movies) to create or bring manifestation but a very real person whose desire is not to bring attention to Himself but to Glorify Jesus according to the will of The Father.
John 16:13-14 (NKJV)
