Measures Already In Place For Another Plandemic – Here’s The Evidence, Part II

This is part II of a three-part series. Additional resources than those contained in Part I have been added.

In Part I, the measures that were already in place for running the same playbook for “influenza A viruses” as the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic were outlined. Now, it is time to review the playbook to shed light on what could happen in the future.

Clayton J. Baker, MD, writing for the Brownstone Institute, provided a succinct overview of the playbook regarding “bird flu”.

The key to understanding the current Bird flu panic is this: Bird flu is a complete rerun of the Covid script. There is just one twist:

Last time, with Covid, the pandemic-planning bioterrorists directly blackmailed us by taking away our civil rights, in order to coerce us to accept their unsafe and ineffective vaccines. 

This time, with Bird flu, the pandemic planning bioterrorists are indirectly blackmailing us by targeting our food, in order to coerce us to accept more of their unsafe and ineffective vaccines into our food supply and those who supply it.

Isn’t this what we are seeing happen? How many millions of chickens have been culled because of this “threat” being detected by the notorious PCR test, which found CONvid-1984 in a paw paw? California has quarantined 747 dairies “infected with H5N1 bird flu, with 297 out of that number released from quarantine. Baker then describes what happened during the CONvid-1984, then compares the steps regarding H5N1 bird flu. However, as discussed in Part I, the playbook could be used for any number of “influenza A viruses”, which the list is numerous, or no “virus” or illness at all.

What happened during Covid? 

1. Over many years, bioweapons scientists, under the guise of “pandemic preparedness,” genetically manipulated a bat coronavirus to be both transmissible and virulent in humans. In other words, they created a bioweapon. [This is what most believe, but we now know this is not the case. There is no need for any “virus” in order to implement the playbook. All that is needed is PCR testing. Remember, cold and “flu” disappeared during the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic.]
2. Meanwhile, they also developed and patented technologies for vaccines against that same virus. In other words, they created the countermeasure to their bioweapon. [The bioweapon was the shot. And, Deborah Birx admitted the failure of the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shot to prevent infection, while also indicating the shot should have only been given to those at risk for severe disease.]
3. In late 2019, the lab-manipulated coronavirus bioweapon, SARS CoV-2, was leaked from a lab. [There was no “lab-manipulated coronavirus” bioweapon as Sasha Latypova and Debbie Lerman indicated. (See video at The Covid Dossier) There were many “genomic sequences” developed using a computer from one patient “sample”. The final sequence was “determined” by a consensus of “scientists”.]
4. While the countermeasure vaccines were rushed into production, “public health” authorities took advantage of the lab leak by denying its occurrence, while simultaneously coercing governments to impose lockdowns and other civil rights violations on the human population. [Denying the “lab-leak” while promoting a “natural” origin was a propaganda tool to direct individuals toward a “lab-leak” origin to blame gain-of-function research. The actual bioweapon was the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy shot.]
5. To perpetuate the lockdowns, “public health” authorities performed indiscriminate PCR testing for the virus among the population, knowing full well this would generate countless false positives. [It matters not whether the PCR test is false or negative; it is not diagnostic in nature. Its use amounts to fraud to mislead the people.]
6. The authorities used this excessive testing along with media-generated fear-mongering and governmental abuse of power, to prolong the lockdowns and the civil rights abuses.
7. The lockdowns and civil rights abuses were used to blackmail the population into mass acceptance of the vaccines into their own bodies, in exchange for a return to normal life.

Readers of The Sons of Liberty Media are very familiar with the tactics used during the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic which many in the mainstream “medical-scientific industrial complex” continue to cling. There has been no proof viruses even exist or cause illness. But, the invisible boogeyman of viruses remains the easiest way to convince the public of a “pandemic” using a bogus PCR test.

If you delved into The COVID Dossier by Sasha Latypova and Debbie Lerman mentioned in Part I, you will know epidemics and pandemics can only be identified AFTER the fact, not before and certainly not during. She explains why in the video contained embedded in The COVID Dossier. In fact, Latypove contends there has never been any “pandemics”.

James Roguski covered extensively the entire CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic scenario in his expose “Not Safe and Not Effective” on his Substack.

What is happening now, with H5N1 Bird flu?

1. Over many years, bioweapons scientists, under the guise of “pandemic preparedness,” have genetically manipulated the H5N1 avian influenza virus to cross classes of animals and even become more transmissible to humans. In other words, they created a bioweapon. [Again, no manipulation is required. No “virus” is required.]
2. Meanwhile, they also developed and patented technologies for vaccines against that same virus. In other words, they created the countermeasure to their bioweapon. [The bioweapons are the mRNA shots being developed for these “influenza A viruses”.]
3. In early 2022, a lab-manipulated Bird flu bioweapon leaked from the USDA Southeast Poultry Lab in Athens, GA. Multiple Bird flu leaks have also occurred from other labs. [By now, everyone should be questioning “lab leaks” as origins of “pandemics”.]
4. While the countermeasure vaccines are being rushed into production, “public health” authorities take advantage of these lab leaks by denying their occurrence, while simultaneously coercing our government to impose mass slaughter of farm animals, creating food shortages for the human population.
5. To perpetuate the mass slaughter and worsen food shortages, “public health” authorities are performing indiscriminate PCR testing for the virus among the animal population and farmers, knowing full well this will generate countless false positives. [The test is bogus so it doesn’t matter whether it is positive or negative – it is not diagnostic.]
6. Authorities are using this excessive testing along with media-generated fear-mongering and governmental abuse of power, to prolong the mass slaughter of farm animals and the food shortages.
7. The mass slaughter of farm animals and resulting food shortages are being used to blackmail the population into mass acceptance of the vaccines in their food supply, in exchange for a return to normal life. [This can also be used to get the people to accept injection into their bodies of another mRNA bioweapon shot. Not only will animals be injected, but people will as well since there are reports of individuals being infected.]

This is not conspiracy theory. This is basic pattern recognition.

One can boldly say this is a conspiracy at the highest levels and on a global scale, just like the CONvid-1984 planned scam-demic.

The Expose carried the story at Brownstone Institute. And, outkick.com reported the running of the CONvid-1984 playbook since many hospitals in several States have reverted back to “mask mandates”.

Mac Slavo of SHTFplan.com reported that Canada has “discovered” H5N5 in a backyard flock in the eastern portion of the country. According to a report by Paris-WOAH, the H5N5 “virus” is very similar to the H5N1 found in the united States, Europe, and H5N1 that has affected a few farms in Canada.

Slavo reported a woman in Wyoming was hospitalized with “bird flu” contracted from her backyard flock. He indicated the scam-demic could be going to an entirely new level due to the US granting pharmaceutical company Zoetis a contract to create a “bird flu vaccine” for wild and domestic fowl. Zoetis currently makes many medications veterinarians use on our pets. And, it was also indicated “this could still be the prelude to a complete food supply reset and a tyrannical, forced move away from meat and egg products toward fake meats and vegan diets.”

If you subscribe to the Substack authored by James Roguski, you are aware the Canadian government is trying to kill ostriches used in research, without any evidence the birds are “infected” with “bird flu”. Roguski indicated that while the ostrich farm suffered some bird deaths, others recovered giving them natural immunity to whatever “illness” the animal suffered.

Baker, writing at Brownstone Institute, identified 10 ways in which the potential bird flu scam-demic could be stopped. The full explanation of each of the 10 ways is contained in the source article.

1. “End the brutal mass slaughter of poultry flocks immediately.” Baker considers this an act of biological terrorism. This means we the people will need to resist the government measures and protect our flocks.
2. “End the indiscriminate PCR testing for Bird flu in animals and humans immediately.” This is self-explanatory based on the earlier discussion.
3. “The USDA appears to be acting as a rogue agency. The USDA’s leadership needs to be thoroughly reviewed and, well, culled.” This is an unconstitutional agency that needs to be dismantled.
4. “The personnel at the CDC need a similar prompt and thorough overhaul.” The CDC is another unconstitutional agency that needs to be dismantled.
5. “The USDA Southeast Poultry Research Lab in Athens, Ga. should be shut down and thoroughly investigated.” All research facilities conducting “Frankensteinian” experiments need to be shuttered permanently, never to be restarted.
6. “The Kawaoka Bird flu lab at the University of Wisconsin, which has been doing reckless gain-of-function research for decades, and which has had multiple lab leaks, should be shut down and investigated as well.”
7. “Brooke Rollins, the new USDA Secretary, needs to be fully briefed on H5N1 Bird flu by honest experts who are not embedded in the pandemic preparedness industry.” Meryl Nass MD would be a good choice as Baker indicates; however, Dr. Peter McCullough still operates under the assumption “viruses exist; viruses cause illness; vaccines are effective in preventing viruses”.
8. “President Trump should follow through on his 2024 promise to disband the redundant, Biden-created Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR).” Again, an unconstitutional entity and a waste of taxpayer funds.
9. “The $590 Million dollar Bird flu vaccine development contract to Moderna that the Biden administration approved a couple of days before President Trump’s inauguration should be cancelled.” Canceling this contract will not stop the development of mRNA bioweapon shots, but it will stop these. Concerted efforts need to be made to stop the production of any and all mRNA bioweapon products now and in the future.
10. “The USDA’s reported “conditional approval” of a Bird flu vaccine with Zoetis should be canceled.” Baker identified that “the CEO of Zoetis has close ties to Pfizer, BlackRock, and the Gates Foundation.” All mRNA bioweapon products for animals need to cease now and in the future.

Clearly, all these “Frankensteinian” experiments at these facilities need to be stopped, the facilities shuttered permanently, and none allowed to be built or restarted. All research at universities and private entities should be stopped as well and no money rewarded from the government for any of these experiments. There should be no raising of private funds for any research facility either. Individuals, such as Bill Gates, and private entities, profit, non-profit, and not-for-profit, should be prohibited from independent action regarding any type of experiments infringing on the people (mosquitoes to be used for “vaccinations”, blocking the sun, vaccine advocacy and development, Frankensteinian experiments of any kind, etc.) All violators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Congress should repeal Obamacare, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the PREP Act, the 21^st Century Cures Act, the immunity liability for pharmaceutical companies creating CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots, and all other legislation infringing on the rights of the people.

The people are going to have to engage in civil disobedience, stand on their God-given individual unalienable rights, and demand the public servants due their duty in upholding the Constitution for the united States of America. Should the public servants refuse or fail in their obligation to do their duty, the people will need to remove them from office – this means at all levels (state, federal and local).

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. should rescind the emergency declaration of 2013, which was updated on July 24, 2024, which would stop this in its tracks. And, all States should ban all mRNA products within their borders now and in the future to protect the people against federal government overreach. However, States have been reluctant to ban the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots, as well as “mandates” for Centers for Disease Control (CDC) “recommended” childhood vaccinations.

This leads into the final part of this series which will discuss attempts to ban the CONvid-1984 modified mRNA gene therapy bioweapon shots and future mRNA shots.

Continue to do your own research and remain vigilant. If you sincerely desire to “Make America Healthy Again”, ditch the MAHA agenda being established by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Donald Trump. Take responsibility for your own health and healthcare.
