家菜下饭菜:榄菜肉末四季豆

榄菜肉末四季豆
主料:四季豆500克,猪肉200克,橄榄菜1汤匙;
调料1:盐适量,白糖0.5茶匙,胡椒粉少许,酱油1小匙;
调料:大蒜4瓣,白糖1茶匙,盐适量,鸡精少许;


做法:
1~2.准备好原料,将猪肉剁碎成肉末,加入调料1中所有调料,拌匀,腌制约15分钟;四季豆择去两头及老筋,洗净后切成小段,蒜瓣去皮切碎成末;
3~4.锅内放入适量的清水,大火烧开,加入少许油,下入四季豆,煮约3分钟;然后捞出用冷水冲凉,沥干待用;
5.热锅放油,下入肉末,炒至肉末变色出油;
6~7.下入蒜末炒香,再下入四季豆,炒匀,如果太干,可加入少许水;
8.待四季豆完全熟透后,下入橄榄菜、盐、白糖、鸡精,炒匀即可出锅。



经验分享:
1.四季豆一定要炒至完全熟透后才能食用,不然容易中毒;
2.橄榄菜中含有一定的盐分,请酌量放盐。
