On March 5, 2025, Jessie Marie Czebotar filed a Complaint in the Tampa Division of the United States District Court in Florida, naming herself as a Plaintiff, as well as a minor child from Casper, Wyoming to whom Czebotar serves as a Chaplain. Czebotar also named “John and Jane Doe” – (known and unknown)” as Plaintiffs.

In the March 5, 2025, historical court filing, the former Queen Mother of Darkness, Jessie Marie Czebotar, not only legally and lawfully confronted the entire Luciferian System that terrorizes the world through kidnap, rape, torture, murder, and cannibalism, but, Czebotar has named the potential millions of missing and exploited children as Plaintiff’s – giving those victims and captives a voice that can be heard by the people of the world from the depths of their secret torture chambers.
