Around what time was this? Was this around 6:40 or 6:45 PDT yesterday evening?? I ask because me and my son were sitting outside in my truck eating and we were looking at the moon and admiring how big and pretty it was (we live in Central California by the way) when all of a sudden some kind of long black object started to move across it. Could this be what we saw or no? What we saw was clear as day!

How can you be sure it is not a satellite in orbit around the moon ?
Maybe it is, we check data for Earth orbit satellites. But that’s why we put these things on sites like youtube,
to open the question out to a wide audience. If anybody has the knowledge to share of these objects true nature then that knowledge would be gratefully received.
