Born in 1963 in Yorkshire, England I was educated in the UK and USA ending up somehow with a BA (Hons) Economics and a MSc Information Systems Design and Management. To the best of my knowledge I have never actually used either of them since the days I graduated. I have lived and worked in the UK, USA and Spain before settling down in Almerimar, Spain in 2003, where I spend my time running Almerimar Life, doing some Internet marketing, blogging for clients, and blog design and hosting, as well as helping Sands with Almerimar Life Strays. I am also fortunate to have a monthly column with the Telegraph Expat site, and a Guest Blogger for the Telegraph contributing a Expat Technology blog, and I regularly contribute to the local papers and radio here in Spain. I probably spend far too much time online, but somehow never spend enough time on this blog! Originally it was called MyAppleStuff and I reviews all things Mac. I still have a huge love of the Mac and it’s applications and accessories but over the years have expanded the blog to include pretty much everything that I am interested in: technology, photography, cats, Harley Davidson’s, business and the odd rant!
