Mysterious “Bio-Threat’ Evacuation Shuts Down World’s Busiest Airport In Atlanta

A stunning new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today is expressing alarm after the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) was completely shut down for 11 hours this past Sunday (17 December) leaving tens-of-thousands of passengers at the world’s busiest airport stranded—but who during this closing, allowed onto its Category III 2,743 meter (9,000 feet) 9R-27L runway a just having landed Boeing 747-412F specialized aircraft owned by Cal Cargo Airlines—and that was met on the runway by a heavily guarded convoy having originated from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that placed 3 large vehicles aboard this aircraft, and was the only plane allowed to takeoff during this shutdown. According to this report, on 5 December, SVR analysts documented a sudden increase of electronic communication intercepts emanating between the United States Special Operations Command(USSOCOM) and The Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations(MOSSAD)—and that within 3 hours, resulted in a Boeing 747-412F owned by Cal Cargo Airlines filing an international flight plan route from Tel Aviv to Mexico City, and then from Mexico City to Atlanta.

Important to note about Cal Cargo Airlines, this report details, is that this Israeli based air freight company specializes in the transportation of nonstandard cargo such as, live animals and dangerous goods, and was used extensively, in 2015, to ferry field hospitals and medical personal from Israel to Liberia to battle that African nations ebola disease outbreak.

As to why the US military would suddenly need such a highly specialized aircraft that’s equipped to handle and transport the world’s most dangerous viruses, this report explains, SVR analysts determined was due to the city of Atlanta, on 4 December, unanimously voting to annex Emory University as part of that city’s largest expansion in 65 years—and upon whose campus the US governments CDC headquarters and highly secure research laboratories are located.

With the city of Atlanta being a “Deep State” stronghold opposed to President Donald Trump, this report notes, it would be untenable for forces loyal to Trump to ever allow the CDC to fall into the hands of these coup plotters—most especially due to the growing evidence that the CDC has, in fact, continued bioweapons research after they had been ordered to stop doing so in 2007—and that on 1 January 2018, when Atlanta takes over this area, would allow the “Deep State” to create a “false flag” incident enabling their forces to gain control of and destroy the evidence of.

Confirmation that US military forces loyal to President Trump were preparing to evacuate and/or remove evidence from CDC, this report details, came on 7 December when Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 4X-ICB left Tel Aviv, landed in Mexico City, and prepared for its flight to Atlanta—and upon whose landing a “test-fire” erupted at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport—with authorities declaring it was “only a drill” as smoke blackened this cities skyline.

With these US military forces loyal to President Trump having successfully completed their 7 December training for the evacuation of the CDC, this report continues, SVR analysts predicted that the actual event would take place on 15 December when Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 4X-ICB was due to land in Atlanta again—but that was thwarted after “Deep State” elements within the CDC turned America’s eyes towards it by falsely claiming Trump was banning them from using certain words.

Undeterred by this “Deep State” attack, though, this report continues, on 17 December, Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 4X-ICB landed again at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport at around 1:00 P.M. local time—immediately after which a “real fire” erupted there blackening the cities skyline like had occurred 10 days earlier on 7 December—but that this time resulting in all power being lost and all aircraft takeoff and landings being halted.

With no takeoffs or landings occurring, this report details, Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 400x-ICB was directed to runway 9R-27L—and where it was soon joined by a heavily guarded convoy that had departed the CDC and was passed onto the airports runway by LACHS officials—that is a company who operates at the Atlanta airport loading and offloading cargo planes, has the authority to load and unload places without the presence of a US customs agent and, most importantly, is owned by Cal Cargo Airlines.

At around 6:00 P.M. local time, on 17 December, this report continues, Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 400x-ICB had completed loading its secret CDC cargo—and about a half hour later, at 6:27 P.M., flew out of the Atlanta airport—but with no other flights being allowed leave until the following early morning at 12:56 A.M., on 18 December.

Upon leaving Atlanta, this report further details, Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 400x-ICB flew to Liège Flexport (LGG), in Belgium—after which it departed making an unscheduled stop at the Larnaca International Airport (LCA), in Cyprus, where it “took on cargo” from two armored cars belonging to the Bank of Cypress—that was formerly managed President Trump’s current Secretary of Commerce Wilber Ross.

After leaving Cyprus, this report continues, Cal Cargo Airlines Flight 400x-ICBreturned to Tel Aviv where it was met by a large MOSSAD contingent who unloaded the CDC cargo and transported it to Ness-Ziona (a small village near Tel Aviv) and placed it into the custody of the Israel Institute for Biological Research (IIBR)—which is the main research facility for Israel’s clandestine arsenal of chemical and biological weapons.

As to what the mysterious CDC cargo loyal Trump forces spirited to Israel is, this report says, SVR analysts have a “grave assurance” that it involves “Deep State” research into influenza viruses—that the CDC has long claimed it’s unable to predict the total amount of deaths of—but that Russian medical experts estimate is the cause of up to 60% of the nearly 2.7 million annual deaths occurring in America each year—especially due to the US spreading their yearly flu deaths into other categories such as pneumonia and various respiratory diseases—but that influenza viruses are the main cause of.

To why the “Deep State” would want to unleash a weaponized flu virus upon its own citizens, this report explains, is that those most susceptible to dying from this disease are senior citizens—whom overwhelmingly support President Trump—and if around 10 million of them are killed off before the 2020 presidential election, could very well see Trump losing and the “Deep State” regaining power.
